tripflutter (tripflutter.com), run by Dugeun in Korea, collects as little personal data as possible. This page explains what we collect, why, and how long we keep it.

1. Visiting the site

We don't use advertising cookies and we don't store your IP address. To see which pages are read and which partner links are clicked, we record only the page address, the button position, the partner name, the referring site and the language — nothing that identifies you.

2. Guide and trip-planning requests

If you send a request through a form on this site, we collect:

• Items: name, country, email and/or messenger ID (WhatsApp, LINE, Instagram, KakaoTalk), travel dates, group size, places and interests you mention, and anything you type in the notes. For a guide request, also your choice about appearing on video.
• Purpose: to read your request, reply, and arrange the day or send recommendations. Nothing else — no newsletters, no sharing with third parties for marketing.
• Retention: until 6 months after we reply or after the guided day, whichever is later. Then we delete it.
• Your choice: you can refuse to give this information, but then we can't answer the request.

3. Where the data is stored (overseas transfer)

Form data is stored on Cloudflare, Inc. (United States) servers that host this site, and a copy of each request is emailed to our Gmail (Google LLC, United States) inbox so we can reply. Both are used only to store and deliver your request, for the retention period above.

4. Videos from a free guided day

Free guided days are offered in exchange for a short YouTube video. You choose on the form whether your face may appear. We will remove or blur any scene you ask us to, before or after publishing, and every companion (or a guardian for children) must agree separately.

5. Your rights

You can ask us at any time to show, correct or delete your data, or to stop using it. Email hello@tripflutter.com and we'll act within 10 days.
